Do you really need this book? OK, you probably already know enough about exercise and fat-loss nutrition. All you need to do is to eat a varied diet, consume fewer calories, and burn excess calories off with hours of aerobic exercise. Right? Maybe. But have you ever considered the possibility that there may be a better way? Sure, nearly anything is better than nothing, but do you seriously think that better than nothing is going to give you the results that you truly desire? Some of you probably even know good ways to exercise and improve your nutrition. But isn’t better an improvement over good? And if you are really serious about what you are doing (no matter what that is), shouldn’t you be looking for the best way to do it? Otherwise, you will be wasting a lot of your valuable time. The information presented in this book is not meant for everyone. It has been written for people who are truly serious about their fitness and those who are truly serious about their health…those who are seeking the best and most efficient ways of achieving these goals. It is meant for people…men and women, young and old…who sincerely want to learn exactly how exercise and food affects their body so that they can intelligentlyand effectively apply this knowledge to their own personal needs. What does this mean? It means that…for example…I will not tell you how to lose “weight”. Instead, I will teach you how to lose your excess body fat. Big difference! I do not tell you what to eat. I teach you what reactions different foods cause in your body. You can then decide for yourself which foods you need to eat and which foods you should avoid…for your personal situation. You decide…not me! I apply the same principle with exercise. I do not just give you an exercise program…I teach you how to exercise so that you will understand not only what you are doing, but also why you are doing it. This is how you achieve genuine results with an exercise program…not by blindly following some random workout schedule. After reading this book you will know the difference between good and better…and between better and best when it comes to exercise, fat-loss nutrition, and health. Then you will be able to choose the level which best matches your particular situation…and goals. Once again…you decide…not me!
